Mr. Lazarus, the President of the company, has over forty years of insurance and risk management experience, including corporate risk management as Assistant Treasurer of Insurance with the Chase Manhattan Bank; Assistant Insurance Manager of Amerace Esna Corporation (a large manufacturer of consumer and industrial product lines); and Casualty Underwriter and Senior Claims Examiner for a major insurance company. He has had considerable experience in conducting a broad spectrum of risk management assignments for a wide variety of public entities and private industries. Mr. Lazarus also has extensive experience as an expert witness. Mr. Lazarus holds an MBA in risk management from the College of Insurance (St. John's University School of Risk Management) and an Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America. He has served as an adjunct faculty member with the College of Insurance in New York, the University of Dallas, and El Centro College in Dallas. He has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses on insurance and risk management, including educational programs sponsored by the Insurance Institute of America. Ms. Miller is a Senior Consultant with over forty years of experience in property and casualty insurance services. Before joining RWL Group, she provided extensive litigation support to attorneys and clients, and was instrumental in returning in excess of $200 million in casualty lines premiums, primarily workers compensation, to Texas and multistate employers. In addition, Ms. Miller was affiliated with large independent insurance agencies responsible for large commercial property and casualty accounts. She has extensive experience in risk identification, risk management reviews, preparation of bid specifications and monitoring the bidding process in such industries as professional sports, oil and gas, large retail, banking and finance, property management, and trucking. Ms. Miller also has extensive experience as an expert witness. Ms. Miller has a Bachelor of Science Business Management degree from LeTourneau University, Summa Cum Laude. She has earned the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). In addition, she has been awarded the designations of Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) and Professional Insurance Woman of Texas (PIWT). Ms. Miller has served as an adjunct faculty member for El Centro College in Dallas teaching CPCU classes and other insurance courses.

Mr. Wethe, is a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant with over forty years of experience in all facets of employee benefits, including the design, development and implementation of group health, dental, vision care, prescription drugs, retirement, travel/accident, and disability employee benefit plans, as well as analysis and recommendations for cost containment, claims administration, employee communications, self-funding (risk retention); flexible benefits design and administration; and evaluation of both cash and non-cash compensation systems. He assisted in the development of an on-line claims payment system which was later licensed for use by TPAs, insurance companies and large employers, and also assisted a large school district in the development of a Human Resource Information System. He also has considerable expertise in executive compensation programs and claims audits for self-insured health benefit plans. Mr. Wethe also has extensive experience as an expert witness. Mr. Wethe has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota. He holds the designations of CPA and FLMI, and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Tax Division, Management Advisory Services Division, and Employee Benefits Taxation Subcommittee.
