WetheMr. Wethe, is a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant with over forty years of experience in all facets of employee benefits, including the design, development and implementation of group health, dental, vision care, prescription drugs, retirement, travel/accident, and disability employee benefit plans, as well as analysis and recommendations for cost containment, claims administration, employee communications, self-funding (risk retention); flexible benefits design and administration; and evaluation of both cash and non-cash compensation systems. He assisted in the development of an on-line claims payment system which was later licensed for use by TPAs, insurance companies and large employers, and also assisted a large school district in the development of a Human Resource Information System. He also has considerable expertise in executive compensation programs and claims audits for self-insured health benefit plans. Mr. Wethe also has extensive experience as an expert witness. Mr. Wethe has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota. He holds the designations of CPA and FLMI, and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Tax Division, Management Advisory Services Division, and Employee Benefits Taxation Subcommittee. |
